Subject: Complaint Regarding Rejection after a Slight Delay for the Interview at Incredible Pets Dear Incredible Pets Management I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent interview experience I had at Incredible Pets on [02/8/2024]. I arrived at the scheduled time of 1 pm for the interview, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived at approximately 1:05-1:06 pm. To my surprise, I was promptly rejected for being less than 5-6 minutes late. Firstly, I would like to highlight that Incredible Pets reached out to me and initiated the interview process. This indicates that the company was interested in my skills and qualifications. However, the lack of understanding and flexibility demonstrated during the interview process raises concerns about the company's values and approach towards potential employees. While I understand the importance of punctuality, I believe that a minor delay of a few minutes should not overshadow a candidate's abilities and potential contributions. I had made every effort to attend the interview promptly, but unforeseen circumstances can occur that are beyond one's control. I was genuinely looking forward to the opportunity to showcase my skills and enthusiasm for the position at Incredible Pets. However, being rejected without even given the chance to demonstrate my qualifications indicates that the company places more emphasis on rigid adherence to time rather than evaluating the candidate's overall potential. I urge Incredible Pets to reconsider their strict policies and adopt a more understanding and flexible approach towards potential candidates in the future. It is crucial to remember that exceptional talents can be missed when a narrow focus is placed solely on punctuality. Incredible Pets has incredible staff with special shout-outs to: Sarah, Kristina, Jill, and Ashley(my apologies if I left anyone out who has patiently and with good-humor assisted with: loading up my car with the heavy bags of cat litter; listened to long and seemingly never-ending stories about my own job, personal plights, and existential crises; and who make this errand the easiest of errands run). While the products are fantastic and high quality, it truly is the staff that keeps me returning. I have been shopping at Incredible Pets for many years, but it is the aforementioned staff that has cultivated a welcoming environment. Their commitment to customer service is commendable. It is my hope this team remains intact at the Folsom location for as long as my cats continue to run my life(and maybe even after because I know even as ghosts, my cats will never, ever let me sleep in, begging for early morning breakfasts and the tasty* treats recommended by staff. *Please note: I assume the recommended treats are tasty as the cats LOVE them-I have not tried them myself...in case there was any confusion...)

I avail of the dog wash staitions at this location. You can buy washes individually or in a bundle of five. The wash staitions are very convenient, they provide shampoo, towels and an air dryer. This place is on the pricier side but I still support them over the big box pet stores. I've purchased treats, chews, and toys here before and have been satisfied with their selection. Now that I have 2 dogs it's easier to wash them here rather than doing it at home.
